Q.I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you lose your password, you must contact the customer service number attached to the locker directly. The door can be opened after identity verification, and a service fee may apply depending on the operator.
Q.The real-time availability info is different from reality.
BogwanBogwan updates data from each operator every 1-5 minutes. However, short-term discrepancies may occur due to on-site communication issues or rapid changes in usage. Please check the 'Last Updated' time at the bottom.
Q.Can I not retrieve my items after operating hours?
After midnight when subway stations close, you cannot enter the station to retrieve your items. You can access them again from the first train operating time the next day.
Q.Payment is complete, but the door won't open.
This is likely a hardware error. In this case, capture your receipt or payment history immediately and contact the [Technical Support Center] listed on the locker for remote control or on-site assistance.
Q.Do you provide a reservation feature?
Currently, BogwanBogwan only provides search and real-time availability features. Reservation features are not yet supported but will be introduced sequentially with compatible operators.
Q.How is the locker usage fee calculated?
Basic fees are charged in 4-hour increments, starting from 2,000 KRW for small units. If 4 hours are exceeded, additional charges are added every hour or at specific intervals. Please check the Usage Guide page for details.
